🩸 STOP THE BLEED 🩸

We’re partnering with UT Health EMS to bring a FREE Stop the Bleed class to Jungle Cat Jiu Jitsu on August 29th!

This is a hands-on class that teaches you what to do when someone is experiencing life-threatening bleeding before EMS can get there.

You’ll learn:
• How to recognize life-threatening bleeding
• How to apply direct pressure
• How and when to use a tourniquet
• How to pack a wound
• What to do until help arrives

You don’t have to be a first responder to know these skills. Accidents happen at home, on the road, at work, on the mats, or anywhere in between.

Knowing what to do could save a life.
