Some recent PRs earlier this month! Huge lifts for Ewan William Parker Shirley Guy chesley the definitive edition Cade and Timothy Pridgen! These guys have been working hard on technique and it pays off😎

Pilates was a hit! Thanks again to Little Raee Fitness for teaching Pilates. In case you missed out, Pilates will return to C4 August 1st. In the future it will always be held the first Saturday of the month.
