My Fitness Answer, Personal Fitness Training Studio located in Whitehouse, Ohio. Hello my name is Steve Hieskell, I am a Air Force Veteran and Certified Physical Fitness Specialist/Nutritionist with 20 years experience at My Fitness Answer. I help many individuals improve their quality life from injuries, muscle weakness, core training and flexibility. I have trained many athletes in many sports

to increase their speed, agility, flexibility, strength and power. I have experience in training people that are physically challenged such as brain disorders, Cerebral palsy, Muscular dystrophy, Fibromyalgia... I have trained many athletes that have become State and national champions in both high school and college and some professional athletes also. I also have conditioned hundreds clients to pass the police, fire department and military fitness test for entry in those fields. I only train one to two individuals in my private training studio at a time or I can train clients at the park, track or their home. My Fitness Answer also offers water aerobics, water therapy exercises for working around injuries and heated massage chair. Karen Hieskell, my wife is the owner/trainer and nutritional coach.
