Monday – Open Water Swim
📍 The Boulders at Lake Tyler
🕕 Around 6:00 PM

Come practice your open water swimming with a great group! Whether you’re training for a race or just looking to build confidence in the water, we’d love to have you join us.

Tuesday – Group Bike Ride
📍 Playtri Tyler / Fresh / Crema parking lot
🕕 6:00 PM

We’ll have 3 distance/speed groups to accommodate a variety of riders (weather permitting). The more, the merrier—bring a friend!

Today we’re celebrating the women who show up to swim, bike, and run — often balancing training with careers, families, and everything else life throws their way.

Triathlon attracts women who like a challenge and aren’t afraid to try something new. Whether it’s a first sprint race or another season chasing a PR, it’s always impressive to see how many women step up to the starting line.
