It's been just a week since we said our final good byes to our fearless leader, Len Darrow.

We wanted to first take a moment to thank the countless family, friends, and longtime customers that came to pay their respects last week. Every story, every phone call, every familiar face and hug helped to ease the pain a bit and painted the picture of who he was, and his significance to everyone. It absolutely meant the world to see the impact he had on our community.

With that being said, there's only one way to truly honor his memory: getting back to work. Our little mom and pop shop is one of the last of its kind, and we think it's important to continue to serve this community we've called home for almost 30 years.

We're back open and ready to see you all again! The only change to operations is that we will now close at 7pm on Thursdays and Fridays.

We look forward to helping you with any equipment and team/custom orders, so please do not hesitate to come visit in person or give us a call at 908-534-2838.

As many of you may have heard, we lost a very important member of our family this past week.

Anyone who has been to the store knows just how passionate Lenny was about sports and our community. He was always the first one to help you, no matter what you needed both in and outside of the store.

Our hearts are heavy. Please bear with us while we navigate through this difficult time.

Good news, sports fans!

Starting Monday, 5/18, we will be open for business at 10am!

However, there will be new protocols.

All orders must be received by phone at 908-534-2838.

We will bring them out to your car if you park in the back of the building.

Please note, you can come to the front door, but PLEASE make sure you park your car in the lot and walk. We cannot allow any cars or delivery vehicles to block the fire safety zone.

Update to our current hours:

So far, we are still open 7 days a week (we've always got SOMETHING to do!) but from now until the foreseeable future, we will be closing at 6 PM on Thursday and Friday.

We can also still take orders and payment over the phone, and I'd be happy to throw your items into your moving car with a gloved hand!

-To our wonderful customers:

So far, we are still open our normal 7 days a week.

However, in light of the situation, we are doing what we can to help stop the spread.

We also know the weather is making everyone want to go outside and parents don't want their children's long winter of training to go to waste-- sporting goods may still be needed.

Because of this, we are happy to offer ordering and payments over the phone for curbside pick up.
