Hey Hitter's Edge family,
We want to give you a real update on what's been going on.
On Thursday, a tractor trailer took out the power lines on 7th Street here in Whitehall. Thankfully no one was hurt, that's the most important thing. But we were one of 659 customers affected by the outage.
Since power was restored, we've been dealing with lights flickering throughout the building. Our team spent hours on Friday resetting the cages, running temporary wiring, and doing everything we could to get you back in there and swinging.
PPL is coming out again today to dig into what's actually going on with our electrical.
Here's the honest truth: this one is out of our hands. It's a power problem, not a "we didn't try hard enough" problem. We are frustrated too. Normally when a cage goes down, we have it back up within 24 hours, or sooner. This has taken longer, and we know that's not what you're used to from us.
We remain optimistic this gets resolved soon, and we are working nonstop to make that happen. We pour our hearts into this place every single day, and we don't take your trust in us lightly. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get fully back online.
We're open today 10-2 and I will be doing everything I can to get this fixed.
More updates soon.
