‼️ATTENTION: 8th Graders - Juniors ‼️

We are partnering with Calibrated Fitness to bring 3 trainers to our building this summer for a strength and conditioning class. Free to 8th - 11th Grade students in the Independence - Gilmanton athletic programs! 💪🏻🏃

The goal is to improve your overall fitness and athletic performance by working on weight lifting, agility and speed. Trainers will also help with nutrition, stretching/recovery to prevent injury as well. 🥗🏋️

We had two Middle School Wrestlers on the podium at the Tri-County Tournament today! Great job to Bryson Kampa on his 2nd place and David Carillo-Taylor on his 3rd place!
