Think what you eat doesn't affect how you feel and act? You need to read and watch this. The information and videos in this post are fascinating as researchers split kids into 2 groups and feed them different types of food. One group got typical party food while the other got more wholesome choices. The results are amazing.

Sunday Kids' Classes!!!!!

It is with great excitement that we annoucne the return of kids' classes to the gym! Classes will be held from 10-11AM on Sunday mornings during open gym. Get a workout in or feel free to go out and grap a quiet cup of coffee.

Cost is $10/child. Each additional sibling is $5. Class minimum is four children.

We will take registration weekly. Please confirm with Kim by Thursday if you'd like to sign up for that Sunday. The final confirmation will be sent out by Friday. All school-age children welcome!

Hey Gang,

For the school year, we will be cutting back our normal schedule and holding classes on Sundays at 9AM. This session will run from September 9th through November 25th. Cost for one child is $120, with each additional child from the same family getting a $40 discount! Hope to see you in class!
