It is going to be hot yoga! Lisa will be teaching a breathing technique, called sitali, which helps to reduce body temperature during hot weather. We will practice in the shade and welcome the breeze from the lake.

We meet at Klode Park in Whitefish Bay.

Have you tried Yogalates yet? This is Jennifer, our new Yogalates instructor. She teaches the class every Sunday afternoon at 1:30 at our Whitefish Bay Studio. Jennifer does an incredible job of fusing the mindfulness and flow portion of yoga with the strength of Pilates. She uses a variety of props and teaches class in a gently heated room. (90- 91 degrees). Be sure to try out Jennifer’s class. Your core will thank you. 😉
