Mouse nest we found in a customers sled in the cooling fins that you could not see from the outside. It definitely pays off to go the extra mile when servicing a customers sled and take the extra time to check EVERYTHING as this nest would have burnt the engine up his first time out ice fishing.

Polaris scrambler 500 came in customer said atv had sat in a barn for a good 5 years or more. we cleaned and rebuilt the carb, fuel system flush a full service new air filter, fuel petcock, air box boot, battery and a drive chain and out the door it went the customer was super happy as he bought the scrambler because he had one as a young man and was excited to ride one again.

Yamaha wolverine in for a full service and customer said the utv had a hard time to start we found the valves where extremely tight we adjusted the valves and started as it should. We also found some loose suspension bushings, wheel bearings and a torn cv boot which we also replaced while it was in the shop.

Polaris scrambler 850 customer said the atv won't move that he just bought a few days earlier. we found that the transmission main shaft had snapped off also found the crankshaft seal was leaking as well as the front driveshaft u joints extremely loose and the secondary clutch worn badly. We fixed all those things and the customer was stoked.

We did a crankshaft up rebuild on this 2016 polaris sportsman 570 due to the customer took it to another local shop for a service and there first ride out to go ice fishing the oil filter came loose was never tightened and all the oil poured out on the ice by the time they heard the engine knocking it was already to late.

Customer bought this generator brand new in the middle of the big wind storm we just had brought it home and would barley run right out of the box then died we found water in the new fuel they had just bought at the store so we cleaned the carb, flushed the fuel system it ran much better but it still surged as the factory runs all small engines super lean to meet admissions standards so we drilled out the jets in the carb alittle by little with a jet drill kit and the generator ran flawlessly. We delivered the generator back to the customer the same day and they had the generator to power there house until the power came back on a few days later.
