Our student of the week is Ann!
Ann is 72 years old and has been dancing for at least 50 of those years. She enjoys watching modern dance, but she loves dancing ballet. Her favorite steps are pas de basque and attitude devant. Here's how ballet has benefited her life: "Ballet has kept me from shrinking like the rest of the women in my family. It has also helped keep me from falling, and has kept my legs strong." Ann is a retired accountant. When she isn't dancing, she enjoys reading, singing, and scrolling Facebook. Her favorite color is blue. She can't pick a favorite food; she loves seafood, steak, any sort of potato. She loves cats of all kinds, from lions down to housecats - which she has two fluffy ones named Robbie and Duncan. Ann, you inspire us all every day!
