One of our participants from the last Weightlifting Course shares her experience:
"I loved the women's weightlifting clinic with Coach Liz! Before the clinic, I worked out inconsistently, randomly doing cardio or jumping from machine to machine not really knowing if I was doing anything "right".
The women's weightlifting clinic gave me a lot of confidence in the gym and now I have several routines I can follow. I have a 30+ lb toddler at home, so staying strong and being able to keep up with him is important to me.
I enjoyed how Coach Liz showed us a huge variety of exercises, small adaptations we can do depending on our body, and boosted our confidence every session.
I already noticed changes in my body after the four week clinic but most importantly, I am feeling happier and more confident.
And best of all- I found a workout buddy!
