The Upper Valley Aquatic Center offers state-of-the-art swimming facilities for lessons, competition, and exercise in addition to a zero entry Splash Park with two slides and a current pool. There is a fully-equipped fitness center with exceptional personal training, an exciting assortment of group classes and vacation camps for kids.

❤️ After months of hard work in UVAC's Adaptive Swim Program, one of Kana's swimmers had the opportunity to demonstrate his skills in front of his classmates from First Branch Unified District in Tunbridge, VT. In an incredible show of support, his entire class was poolside to cheer him on!
The pride, confidence, and excitement on display were a powerful reminder that swimming is about so much more than learning skills in the water - it's about building confidence, fostering inclusion, and celebrating achievements together.
Congratulations to this amazing swimmer, and thank you to the First Branch School community for making the day so special!
