Client Shoutout!

Jen has been so consistent and patient on her journey and it shows!

Shoutout to Jen, who when she started wanted to hide in a corner and had trouble completing cardio activities. Now Jen is non stop in every circuit class that she attends, she has been able to start jump roping, doing step ups on a bench, and holding an almost 2 minute wall sit. She is strong, beautiful and loving inside and out and this is why Anthony Moreno and I, do what we do! Jen has become part of our Fitness Family and we are lucky to have her!
