Can’t wait till my homie comes back to my gym and we can all get some great photo shoots in the next few weeks. Adam and I go back almost 10 years and we’ve competed together , worked in the city together , and have stuck by one another in some tough times . Only good things to come 💯

“I am praying this reaches this young man’s parents!!!

Tonight as I was leaving football practice with my three kiddos my 4 year old was so tired he started crying and acting a fool as we were getting in the van. My 7 year old daughter started crying because I told her we were having red potatoes as a side for dinner and clearly she wasn’t a fan sooo I threw my hands up and said FORGET it - McDonald’s tonight!!

We go through the drive through, order food — all three kids are now crying for one reason or the other. I go to pay - I LEFT MY PURSE AT HOME. Welp, now I wanted to cry. I look at the young man with tears in my eyes just from being stressed and annoyed and say ‘Hun, I am so sorry but I have to cancel that order I left my purse at home when we went to football tonight’. WITHOUT HESITATION he takes out his wallet and swipes his card before I could even say ‘no, I will be right back!’ I was like ‘Wait no, hun it’s ok, I will come back through,’ then he replies ‘No, it’s totally fine, my pleasure.’

I snapped a quick picture and asked his name to which he replied ‘Wyatt Jones ma’am.’ I told him I would be right back with cash for him & he tried hard to talk me out of it.

I just want his parents to know how KIND & COMPASSIONATE your son was tonight! He made this stressed out momma pause for a moment and realize this is exactly what we parents are trying to do, raise great humans. Well Wyatt sir, you are an amazing human!!!

I went back and handed him cash and had to make him take it because he didn’t want to take more than he had paid, but I wanted him to know that when you put good out in the world it comes back to you tenfold!

Wyatt, do not let this world change your kind heart young man for its people like YOU that will change this world for the better!”

Certain supplements make a huge difference . For me since I get up 4am mon-fri on the weekends I try and sleep till 6. So using this product by helped me get over 3 hours of rem sleep and over 2 hours of deep wave which I’ve never done on anything. I use to track sleep, I’ve also used a number of sleep powders and some are ok, some make you drowsy. This one I just feel great when I wake up. Again try different products and check them out yourself it’s nice using whoop and being able to really see what’s going on.

What the s**t?? 😂

So whether your goal is to lose weight or build muscle , get more toned or defined, grainy , whatever you define looking better ,it comes down to frequent eating of protein. Consuming a protein based meal every 2.5-3 hours for an ideal metabolism and protein utilization...easy enough right?

Wrong the issue is people don’t understand what proteins they absorb well, so they select a protein or a few and eat them every few hours and become bloated , constipated, or they are running to the bathroom from too much protein shakes ...

The first key principal is not how much protein you eat, it’s what you absorb..first spend time trying different sources and start with a smaller amount than if that feels good and every 3
Hours your hungry again your on the right track. You can slowly up the amount as long as your stomach feels good and the hunger comes back at the 3 hour mark.

I’ve personally found I do better on seafood, a little roasted turkey if it’s not too dry, egg whites sometimes. These are light and allow me to digest them well without feeling bad . Everyone is different I’ve coached people who can have chicken and steak every meal and feel great. The key is finding protein that’s easily accessible, that you enjoy, that fits your budget so you can eat it a lot lol
