JOB OFFERING FOR A PERSONAL BOXING TRAINER! -- Multiple Hires
📍 White Plains, NY, 10603
Job Summary:
Position is for personal 1-on-1 boxing training for all ages. Non-contact training, workouts consist of boxing, cardio, core, etc.
Qualifications:
Must have Boxing Training Experience (1+ years). Previous experience training clients in a formal setting is required. Clients ages range 5 years old and up, so workouts must be adjusted for each client and their experience.
Must be a responsible, motivated individual and have a flexible schedule. Our busiest times are 3pm and up on weekdays. But the shifts from Mon-Fri will range between 12pm-9pm, times for the weekend range between 7am-3pm
Must have reliable transportation!! Owning your own car is preferred but if you rely on public transportation (bus, taxi/uber, train) we will need you to be extra careful with start times.
Duties:
Be punctual, being late means ruining the clients work out, your image and our image as a gym.
Be attentive to your client, anyone that pays money to be trained personally wants the best workout. So focus on your client the hour they deserve and make them feel like you want them to improve. Remember when you trained, you would of wanted the same.
Respectful, treat the clients, trainers and office staff with the same respect you would want.
Responsible and communicative, if any trainer has time limitations or needs time off certain days due to appointments, events or vacations, it is CRUCIAL you communicate that to the owner ASAP with a week in advance.
Gym is opened everyday. Must have open availability!!
