We are beyond excited to announce the completion of our newly renovated downstairs training space!

Designed to give our members and trainers even more room to train, this expansion features:
✅ A spacious new turf area
✅ Four brand-new training machines
✅ A large private room for group training, specialty programs, and one-on-one sessions requiring extra attention

This new addition allows us to better serve our community by creating more opportunities for individualized coaching, small group training, and enhanced workout experiences.
