Don’t worry about what people think of you or about the way they try to make you feel.

If people want to see you as a good person, they will.

If they want to see you as a bad person, absolutely nothing that you do will stop them.

Ironically, the more you try to show them your good intentions, the more reason you give them to knock you down if they are committed to misunderstanding you.

Keep your head up high and be confident in what you do.

Be confident in your intentions and keep your eyes ahead instead of wasting your time on anyone who wants to drag you back.

Because you can’t change peoples views, you have to believe that true change for yourself comes from within you, not anyone else.

Nobody really tells you the work it takes to start a new business. And even if they did, you truly wouldn’t understand unless you did it yourself.

The second guessing yourself.

Questioning if you can really do this.

Leaning into all the ways this could back fire.

But still, you can’t shake the feeling that this unknown path might lead you to a place even more beautiful than you can imagine.

That this is right. This is real. That it’s worth taking the risk.

And maybe you owe it to yourself to see where this path leads.

Maybe you really can do this. Maybe you don’t need it to make sense to move forward.

Maybe your heart knows something that your eyes can’t see.

Starting this gym, I didn’t have a plan. It was never even an idea in my head to go off on my own. I just knew, in my heart, that something needed to change. That my current situation at the time wasn’t working.

Everything else, I took it day by day.
I took a chance on something I had no idea if it would work out. There were A MILLION THINGS working against me. But I had to try. What’s the worst thing that could’ve happened?

So, now here I am, 7 months in, watching it all unfold. Growing into myself, learning, pushing through and amazed every single day. Although some days are really tough, watching this vision become a reality, makes it all worth it. It keeps me moving forward every single day. ❤️

Grateful for all of you who continue to come in here all day, every day, working towards your goals, becoming the best versions of yourselves with me! Love u all! 😘
