This Memorial Day, the Lakeway Athletics family honors the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Beyond the start of summer, today is about recognizing the courage and selflessness of our fallen heroes. Their sacrifice allows us to gather, compete, and build this community. We are forever grateful.

As you enjoy the weekend with loved ones, please join us in a moment of silence to remember those who gave everything. Have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day, Lakeway!

Mark your calendars for March 28th!

The Flyin’ Lion 5K & Cub Color Run is back at Lakeway Christian Academy, and it’s the perfect event for the whole family. Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or just showing support, there’s a place for everyone!

👉 Choose your experience:
• 5K Run/Walk
• Cub Fun Run (for kids 10 & under - receives medal)
• OR the fan-favorite “Sleeping Lion” option 😴

That’s right..you can sleep in and still get the official race t-shirt! Every 5K entry and Sleeping Lion registration includes a shirt (just be sure to register early to guarantee yours).

You can also purchase a custom sign to encourage runners along the route - https://my.cheddarup.com/c/lca-flyin-lion-sponsorships/items

All proceeds support student athletics at LCA and Cornerstone, so every step, or nap, makes a difference.
