The water temperature is 79 degrees at the surface on Edgewater Beach today. It would be a nice day for swimming, except that someone allowed grass clippings to go into the lake. Please direct them away from the water when you cut the grass. Another neighbor decided to burn branches, creating a smoky fire that has been burning for several hours. Please avoid doing this. It causes poor air quality, making it difficult for people to breathe. Your landscape service can safely dispose of yard waste.
