Master Nigro will be working on sparring in class tonight. High expectations for students, this will be a serious class. Same rules as Doctor and Kennedys sparring classes. We want to train hard and get better, without the risk of injuries, so any student attending will be expected to pay attention and try hard. Please make sure to bring your gear.

There will be no class tonight from 6-7. The school will be closed. The school will reopen on Wednesday with a normal class schedule.

If you purchased any clothing in our last order, it will be available for pick up during tonights group class from 6-7 that way you can have it for the tournament.

It's that time!
The school will be closed Friday, June 5 & Saturday, June 6 for this weekend's tournament.

If you have not received your tickets back from Miss Kennedy, please get them tonight during the 6-7 class.

In lieu of class tomorrow, all students are welcome to attend the team sparring event. Come watch and support the black belts during this exciting competition!

On Saturday, please remember your tournament checklist. Make sure you have
✅ Competition slips and spectator tickets
✅ Sparring gear, mouth piece, cups
✅Money to purchase boards
✅Bo staff if you are competing in weapons
And MOST importantly, bring your very best attitude!

Miss Kennedy will be filling in for Mr. Josh tonight for the 6-7 group class. It will be heavily tournament focused. We will go over rules and procedures and what to expect the day of as well as practice for your competitions.

Pepperoni Roll fundraising forms with payment are due by Friday. The school is closed Friday, so if you can't make it to class before then please make arrangements with Miss Jocelyn to get your forms to her.
