JP Weightlifting knocking it out of the park. We joined forces to run local events and this is the 2nd year of doing it at the Music City Fit Expo. Love getting to work with so many great people, Roy Mangrum and crew did an amazing job.

I really like the competition plate racks and plates from Bells of Steel. I saw this bar and for the price thought it was worth a shot. we will put this through the paces and will give you a real review. I will say,, packaging was great but still easy to get into.. bar has the look and the knurling is right on time... Stay tuned
