Thank you to everyone who has donated to the East TN/NC flood relief effort - your donations are making a difference!

I just reached out to my friend,John Rodman, about what is specifically needed in the area, and his response was “heaters”! The temperatures falling have created additional need for those displaced. If you have an extra heater or can run out and buy one, we are collecting them at Just Be Fit along with any other needed donations. We appreciate every donation and are so proud of our community for stepping up when needed! ❤️

Meet gym member, Randy Frey, 1st place winner at the Second Annual BBQ & Bags in Greenbrier yesterday. Not only is Randy a great dude, but he’s a flooring expert (Owner of Frey’s Slow & Low flooring company). If you need new floors, meal prepping or catering, he’s your man. He does it all. Congratulations, Randy. He will be in Ridgetop next weekend for Smoke on the Ridge. Hit him up. His brisket is next level.

Just Be Fit is now hiring for a Childcare Position. It is Monday-Thursday nights 6-8, Friday nights 5:30-7 and Saturdays 9am-11am. Must be available for all these times. $12/an hour. Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation. If interested, come by the gym and talk to Shorty.
