1. Consistency: The #1 Challenge
For many women, the biggest struggle isnāt starting a workoutāit's sticking with it. Life gets busy, motivation fades, and workouts often get bumped to the bottom of the to-do list. In fitness terms, consistency means showing up for yourself regularly, even when it's not convenient. Without it, progress stalls, goals feel out of reach, and frustration builds. It's not about going hard every dayāit's about creating a rhythm that fits your life and keeps you moving forward, one workout at a time.
2. Accountability: The #2 Roadblock
The second biggest challenge is accountabilityāhaving someone (or something) to keep you on track. When you're going it alone, it's easy to skip a session, cut a workout short, or lose focus. Accountability in exercise terms looks like a coach checking in, a friend texting "gym today?", or a program that tracks your progress and celebrates your wins. It's the gentle push that keeps you going when motivation drops.
Iāve been here and know the challenges women face as wives, mothers, full time caregivers, business owners, etc. We are pulled in many different directions and sometimes need a hand to hold to start our fitness journeys.
