Hey, everyone!
We are going to have to make some schedule changes this week, as the coaches have responsibilities regarding the beginning of a new school year. We will have session on Wednesday (7/29), Thursday (7/30), and Friday (7/31) this week. We look forward to seeing many familiar faces! This will also be our last week for the summer, so let's make it our best!

We wanted to spotlight one of two athletes that was awarded most improved over the month of June. Colin has displayed an incredible work ethic and always shows up with a great attitude. His attitude and effort are the reasons his times have improved so dramatically over a one month period. Look forward to seeing more improvements over the month of July.

Quick reminder: This week looks a little different. We are going tonight and Tuesday night from 6-7pm to finish out the month of June. We will be testing out on Tuesday to check on our improvement over the last month! Plenty of spots open this week, come check us out!! Let’s have a great week, and please don’t forget to HYDRATE!!!

A few schedule change reminders for the rest of June:

During the week of June 21st, we will have sessions on Monday (22nd), Tuesday (23rd), and Wednesday (24th). They will be at the normal time (6-7pm).

During the week of June 28th, we will have sessions on Monday (29th) and Tuesday (30th) ONLY. They will also be at the normal time (6-7pm).

Thanks so much for being flexible as we try to accommodate people's busy schedules surrounding the 4th of July!
