A year ago, Sean Gleaves had enough.

After reaching 300 pounds and having to take his shirt off at Nissan Stadium, something clicked. He decided it was time to change, not just for the next few months, but for the rest of his life.

For the last year, Sean has been putting in the work in the gym, building strength, discipline, confidence, and a healthier future.

They thought it was over.

They thought the gym was safe again.
