It’s a bit too cold to open the big doors but I can still enjoy nature while I exercise indoors. There is still room available for private and semi private classes this winter and some space for mat class.

As the last mat class of 2023 is finished and the studio is quiet I get a moment to reflect on this wonderful year. I want to thank all of my amazing clients that come to exercise and support each other regularly. Watching you all grow in your Pilates skills and mobility is such a pleasure and a privilege. I have the best job! Thank you for allowing me to guide each of you. I also need to thank Mick my best builder for creating a great space for us.
