Whippany Athletic Club LLC We're an old school gym with a 12,000+ sq. ft. facility built for serious training. Want to get in shape or just lose weight?

We can accommodate all types of athletes as well as members who just want to enhance their lives with fitness. Come train with Whippany Athletic Club LLC in our friendly, supportive club atmosphere. We have everything you need for a balanced program. We cover all the bases from expert exercise and nutritional guidance to comprehensive facilities for a strength and cardio workout. Join one of our e

xercise classes or work out on your own or with one of our knowledgeable trainers. Get it done effectively and time-efficiently in our spacious, 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art workout facility. You won't find a better gym for strength training. We have over 5000 pounds of York plates, CAP bumper plates, Texas power bars, dumbbells up to 200 pounds, free weight benches and racks as well as specialty equipment like our adjustable box squat and glute-ham raise. While most gyms won't allow you to use chalk - we supply it! Our club is also a premier performance training provider to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Beyond an aggressive strength and conditioning programs, we provide speed and agility training focusing on mechanics and proper sport specific movement patterns, including explosive power and flexibility. If you’re a serious athlete, or just want to look great and get in shape, we have the facilities, equipment and expertise for you to reach your health, fitness and sports performance goals.
