Inner Spirit Studio is a 2,500-square-foot facility specializing in various styles of hot yoga, aerial yoga, strength and sculpt classes, accommodating all fitness levels. We offer a large variety of classes and we invite all levels to join our community. d sound system. Our studio is disinfected daily, including our bathrooms and showers. We recently installed a high intensity germicidal UVC air purification system to keep our air clean and safe for all!
