CONGRATULATIONS !!!! BEST LIFTER without even prepping! She jumped into this meet at her home gym for fun for the third year in a row and without even being able to fit a full prep in after Nationals, she played it safe with numbers and came home with this amazing Best Lifter prize! 🏆 We are so proud of you!!!!!

Weird lighting. Weirder people. But I wouldn’t trade them for anything. Thank you all for being the most fun, hilarious, helpful, tizzyrizzy, silly, compassionate bunch of whackadoos a coach could ever dream of belonging to. I’m so proud of all you achieved today and of who you are.

Shoutout to Ashlynn, Ryan, Evan and Hunter for being the cutest members of this Paradigm family and for being so well behaved while your moms all competed. I can’t tell you how much I love having kids there to see their parents fighting for huge goals first hand.

Tomorrow Coach steps on the biggest stage in this sport. There aren’t words enough to express how proud I am to call this man my family or to have him as part of Paradigm. He could go and lift just openers tomorrow and I’d still be proud to be there supporting him because of who he is. He’s not here for the glory or the clout. He’s not here expecting things to be handed to him. He has been through and overcome things that would break most people and yet he is one of the most stable, steady, dependable and disciplined individuals I’ve ever met. His integrity and character are at the forefront of his every move. His wife and kids come first and that is never compromised. Yet he still makes time—late nights after manual labor work all day—to train harder than most. He doesn’t need anyone feeding his ego. He doesn’t like attention. He doesn’t care what else is happening around him—his eye is on his goals. And tomorrow the world will get a chance to see one of the few truly humble giants left in this sport that hasn’t fallen into the clout goblin trap. 😈🙏🏼

Double posting because I need to catch up! This team has been BUSY 😅 absolutely KILLED IT at FEMME FATALE III! Since joining the team she has added 22.5 kilos to her total and 20 points to her DOTS score! We have been working carefully to build and improve position while being aware of back & shoulder issues and working through limitations with pins in her elbow. (She’s bionic strong just like her coach 🤘🏼😈) Christina never shies away from hard work and shows up even with a hectic work schedule. I’m so excited to see what comes next for you! We are all so glad to have you on this team!!!!!
