Congrats to our winners of this week’s Miklas Meat Market Randy Hardman Memorial—longtime men’s club members—Bryan Myers and George Templin.
They’re pictured w Miklas Owner Dave Rotriga.
BT won the Medal Division w a -7 under par 64, with West Liberty University sophomore Adam Gill -5 (66) finishing second.
Templin won the Handicap Division with a 66. Mike Pietranton was second at -5 under par 67. Mmmeats!

Up next , the first major of the season, the Bordas & Bordas Attorneys, PLLC Amateur Golf Classic next weekend —June 13-14.

Here are the tee times for next weekend’s Bordas & Bordas Amateur Golf Classic — June 13-14 at Oglebay’s Crispin Golf Course.
A purse of $10,000 in Oglebay gift cards is up for grabs!
We have a record 216 players in the field.
The tournament benefits the Oglebay Foundation’s Access to the Parks project, which allows qualifying kids to use Oglebay & Wheeling Park for free.

Here’s our winning groups for this year’s Dubie Dailer Memorial 2-Man Scramble.
The Herink brothers, Matt and Zach won the Medal Division at -11 under par. The Herinks won a scorecard playoff over Mark Dodd and Alex Stephens. Dubie Dailer and Bill Glitch were third at -10.
The Handicap Division was won by Chris Beecroft and Mark Thorn at -12, followed by Joey Darmafall and Aric Goddard -10.
The tournament is played in memory of the legendary James “Dubie” Dailer, former Notre football player and Ohio County magistrate of Wheeling.
Representing the Dailers today are (L-R) Kevin Dailer, Jim “Dubie” Dailer, Jacob Dailer and Pat Weidman.

Here’s a big congratulations to some area college golfers who are club members! 👏👏

Wheeling University, led by former Bordas & Bordas Amateur Golf Classic champion (2018) head coach Thadd Obecny II, guided his Cardinals to the university’s first-ever trip to the NCAA DII national tournament. Troy Loughery, who won our inaugural Undo’s Tournament last fall at Belmont Hills, helped the Cards by shooting 73 in the final round.
Wheeling finished 3rd out of 20 to qualify in Johnstown, PA.
Plus, West Liberty University freshman Adam Gill qualified as an individual— just the 2nd Hilltopper in program history to play in nationals. Gill (73, 67, 73 in regional) is pictured w Hilltoppers 1st- year head coach Noah Seivertson, who is the reigning Kalkreuth Amateur Golf Championship winner.

Nationals are next week at Boulder Creek Golf Club, just outside of Las Vegas.

Congrats to Caden Myers and Joel Shane for winning the John Tarr III Memorial Tournament in Moundsville.
Myers and Shane won a scorecard playoff over Mark Maguire and Mike Wilson — both terms finished 8-under par 62.
Steve Corder and Sean McFarland finished 3rd at -7.
Matt Klug & Travis Nelson were in a group of teams at -6, which included brothers Dave & Dan Angalich and Mike Garman & Nolan Wilson.
