Athlete of the week is our guy Andrew Zinkichev. Andrew has been coming in to Pinnacle over the last few years doing team workouts to prepare for season. Over the last few months he has been consistently putting in work on his development as an individual client. Andrew has seen PRs in multiple swim times since taking training more serious. Andrew is looking to tear it up this year on the field and couldn’t be more excited where his future takes him! Keep it up Andrew!

Our guy John started with us about 4 months ago, wanted to get more explosive off the edge as a hybrid D-Line/Outside line backer. He previously battled some injuries in his low back which kept him off the field in 2025. After coming to pinnacle he is more explosive than ever and of course feeling good and being healthy while doing it!

John is ready to explode on the scene for VH football this upcoming season. Be on the lookout for this guy👀

Live look in of .rappoport11 and .costabile39 sprinting day. Both ran 10 yard dash times in the 1.5s🤯

The 3 exercises demonstrated consist of movements to help improve max velocity, acceleration, and body control from a staggered position.

1️⃣ shuffle 10 yard starts
2️⃣ 10 yard dash from a steal start
3️⃣ 10 yard falling starts

We can track the progression of each athlete due to the amazing technology from speed sensors.
