Sorry, fellow ladies and gentlemen, but AUFL tomorrow is CANCELED! I REPEAT... CANCELED!!!
Apparently, the overwhelming heat tomorrow is forecasted to destroy us on the field tomorrow. Thus, for safety reasons, we shall not be playing ultimate frisbee tomorrow.

Tomorrow, tell your friends tomorrow, your family, and your pets tomorrow about tomorrow's cancellation tomorrow.

Greetings, frisbees!

I have some news that might sound AUFL...

FRISBEE IS CANCELLED TOMORROW (TUESDAY 7/3/2012) DUE TO INTENSE HEAT.

BUT--it's not all bad news; please feel free to join us at church for some hanging out and possibly a movie!

We are thinking about bringing in some of the couches and seats into the fellowship hall and making a little movie theater for you all! It's going to be FUN!

For all those still itching to ultimate, we will toss around a bit in the heat at church and also, if you're up for it, have some throwing drills for those that want to improve their tossing abilities!

PLEASE JOIN US TOMORROW, 5pm, AT ANTIOCH!!

Greetings, AUFLers!

First thing, the Antioch Dominican Republic missions team leaves TONIGHT at 3am. Let's all wish them a safe and blessing trip and keep them in our prayers!

Secondly, this Tuesday is going to be HOTTTT!! As of now, it looks like we're having around a high of 98 (will feel hotter!) and SUNNY. Although, we are pretty extreme and we all love to ultimate, please stand by for POSSIBLE cancelation... (gasp).

Aloha, frisbees!

Week 1 (the official week 1) was a gigantic success filled with beautiful layouts and bombs and cuts and blocks and FUN!

I hope the heat and sweat wasn't too much of a damper (get it?) on a wonderful, wonderful day of frisbee.

90+ degrees and people still running their bums off...

greetings, AUFL people!

announcements for this week:

1) it's going to be HOT this tuesday! accuweather says 93 degrees AND it's going to be cloudy/windy.

2) because of the heat, we are going to try and get some water for you all. same price as last year:

TWO BOTTLES; $1

3) NEW FIELD this week! due to field scheduling conflicts, AUFL will be moved to a new field for the first time since our inaugural year! exciting!

the field is right across the street from Hebron. here's the address: 626 n. schoenbeck road, prospect heights, IL
