Iron Fist Family!

We want to keep our community in the loop. The gym will be temporarily closed while we complete the final steps required for our business license with the township, including zoning and inspection approvals!!

This place has always been more than just a gym to us! Because of everyone it’s a community. The support, the hard work, and the energy we bring every day…makes Iron Fist unique and special!

We’re doing everything we can to move this process along as quickly as possible so we can get the doors back open and get everyone back to training. Your patience and support mean everything to us.

Families Helping Families Chicagoland is hosting a boxing and fitness class at Iron Fist Boxing And Fitness for children under the age of 16 who are living with autism. The class will take place on Saturday, April 4th from 2:00 to 2:30 PM for 4-10 year olds and from 2:45 to 3:15 PM for 11-16 year olds, providing a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Join us for a powerful and positive boxing and fitness experience designed to inspire confidence, create connection, and make lasting memories!

There is no cost to attend, but spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All equipment will be provided. Below is the link for more information and to register.
