The Free Bike Depot

We were contacted by a writer for a national bicycle publication from Bend, Oregon, who was refered to us for a story, by several touring cyclists about The Free Bike Depot & Our mobility, hosting & cycling networking efforts in Wheeling, W.V. & beyond. I spend 30 minutes today with him sharing the powerful stories which have grown roots from the FBD effort. If you have not yet visited us & might consider joining the story, fun & work occuring here, please do so. We are experiencing growth in serving our community with Free Bikes & unlimited possibilities! John

If you have any old bicycles that you would like to donate to the FREE BIKE DEPOT 41 22nd st. Wheeling, WV, and know that they will be repaired and given to someone that will put it to good use, we will be excepting any bicycles and parts you no longer need. Monday Jan. 12, Wednesday Jan. 14 and Friday Jan. 16, 9 am till noon each day. Thank You!

Over the week-end one of our volunteers traveled downstate to accept a load of donated bikes from The thin blue line in Oak Hill, W.Va.
Thanks Oak Hill Police Dept. Locally we receive bikes from Moundsville P.D. in addition to local bike shops & individuals & are always looking for other support. Who do you know who desires to be apart of The States only Free Bike Depot?
