GIJO state championships today! I am having a hard time finding words for today. Bitter sweet! Bitter because today was our last meet together, as I have coached some of these kids since the 3rd grade 🥲sweet because they leave the gijo program champions🥇😀! I am excited to watch them as they venture off onto high school!🤸‍♀️ congratulations level 7 and xcel gold you are 2021 state team champions!🥇 We had many girls win medals today, great job to all! A very big congratulations to Jamie Suffet your 2021 level 6 state all around champ!

What an awesome weekend in ATL at level 9 eastern nationals! 1 year ago we were at home doing zoom workouts, today we are competing in person at nationals! What a year! Congratulations to Sophia Caliendo, 6th on floor 9th all around, Aly Gitler, 5th on floor, and Hanna Agins who traveled with the team as the alternate and was awarded the positive athlete award! Your coaches, parents, and teammates are so proud of you! Way to go AAG! 💪🏻

Congratulations to the entire level 9 team on an outstanding job at the regional competetion this weekend in Cincinnati Ohio! They worked hard, trusted the process, but more importantly peaked at the right time. We are so proud and happy for you all, each gymnast brought home some hardware!🏅Betsy 8th vault, Thalia 8th floor, Claire 4th vault, 7th beam, 9th aa (alternate for the national team), Irene 3rd vault, 5th floor, 9th aa ( alternate for the national team), HannaH 5th vault, 9th bars, 8th aa ( alternate for the national team) Aly 2nd beam, 7th bars, 3rd aa she is qualified and traveling to Atlanta Ga for eastern nationals! And finally Sophia your 2021 regional all around champion, 1st beam, 2nd bars, 2nd floor, 3rd vault, she will be representing the region 5 dream team at eastern nationals! Way to go AAG! 🎉🤸‍♀️💪🏻
