I get asked a lot about protein powders and bars. Typically speaking, a well rounded, whole foods plant based diet will have enough protein, however, there are always times where we might need extra. We want to look for something without added sugars and fillers. 3rd party tested for heavy metals is also important. Naked Pea protein is one that I personally have been using lately. One ingredient and it is flavorless and blends wonderfully into smoothies, hot cocoa or even into broths/stews!
