Join us at Stonehill Farm this upcoming Sunday, September 20th, from 1pm to 5pm to refresh, renew & restore. Swimmers are welcome to come for a swim early at 12pm.
Your afternoon includes:
• A full vegan + gluten‑free buffet
(food bar opens at 1pm)
• Time with the alpaca herd and a chance to wander the gardens, paths, and quiet corners of the land
• Access to the saltwater pool for a refreshing dip
•A sound bath meditation at 3pm begins with an optional yoga stretch that invites your whole system to soften, open, and restore.Settle in and enjoy the way nature itself responds to the sound bath meditation: the birdsong, the breeze, the subtle shifts in the alpaca herd, as the notes and harmonics ripple across Melissa’s beautiful property in Barrington Hills.

This is a spacious, heart-forward afternoon to Rejuvenate, Relax, Restore in community. This happens rain or shine. Indoor space is available if needed.
