Hi Everyone!
Well, with things being what they are, I am going to start putting some things out here for you guys to use for practice.
We will start with some things you should be practicing and
then move to some things to learn.

The first posts will be from my daughter Melissa and I recording. they will be pretty much raw and unedited. with
Melissa and I both being somewhat clowns, they will be entertaining. but the technique will be correct.
We will reopen as soon as is possible and safe to do so.
in the mean time, keep in touch, feel free to ask questions and
call or text me with questions about the videos.

Well. IT was an eventful week. i have officially retired from my day job and have taken up Embroidery and Martial Arts as a full time Gig. That means you will be hearing from me much more often from here on. so, Stay tuned for lot's of exciting things to come. Si-Jo Geer.

Well it was a great vacation and cruise. But it's good to be back in the dojo working out with my students.

One tired but satisfied Si-Jo, Wrapping up a week of great classes. now the Do-Jo is quiet and it's time for a little private practice and then a good cleaning of the mats. See you all next week.
