Today wasn’t just about reps and rounds
 it was about heart, grit, and honoring something bigger than ourselves.

Every athlete at CrossFit 1710 showed up and embraced the challenge of Murph — pushing through every mile, every pull-up, every push-up, and every squat with purpose.

Murph is more than a workout. It’s a tribute to Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country.

Today our community suffered together, encouraged each other, and finished strong together. That’s what makes this gym special.

Some athletes finished RX.
Some scaled.
Some tackled their very first Murph.

But every single person earned respect today.

Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it.

From day one, Kaitlynn showed up ready to work, push limits, and grows stronger every single day. The strength gains, confidence, consistency, and grit she’s built over this past year have been incredible to watch.
