Established in 1992, Open Doors Yoga Studios provides Yoga Classes, Education, Workshops and Events for all levels of students. 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings & Yoga Teacher Development Certifications. We offer different levels of classes, from beginners to very experienced. Primarily our classes are hot vinyasa but we also have gentle, restorative, and therapeutic yoga. Join Radhika Priya Sakhi for an 8 Week Summer Series! Summer of Transformation: Evolve Your Yoga Practice

NOTE: Participation in this workshop includes a 8 session pass to yoga classes in our Weymouth Studio during the length of the session (6/24 - 8/12). This series is limited to 12 students.

This summer, we'll ground ourselves within our own unique, comprehensive yoga practices as we grow within our community.

The Summer of Transformation course features eight summer sessions, each with its own unique classical yoga concept for students to explore and expand into with actionable practices. With guidance from Radhika and support from your cohort, you'll design a comprehensive, unique practice for yourself that's rooted in your own personal intention. Expand your yoga into a canvas for creativity and transformation.

Yoga Sculpt Teacher Certification at the Taunton Studio!

This 2-day 10-hour certification is open to existing 200 Hour Yoga Teachers. Learn to program a Yoga Sculpt Class with a strong yoga foundation, safe/effective movements, varying levels of intensity, use of light weights (2-5lb) and yoga blocks. In this certification you will learn to program 30/45/60min Yoga Sculpt classes to the beat of the music. Upon completion you’ll have access to a musical library of 50+ pre-made playlists and 500+ songs to program your own classes. Participants will be expected to complete a short class demo and present a class program to test out. Both a printed manual and pdf file will be provided.
