At Wetumpka’s Best After School and Summer Camp, we are not a daycare—we are a sports-based leadership and life-skills program! We help young people build confidence, focus, self-discipline, and strong character, all while having an incredible time in an active, structured environment.

We are looking for an extraordinary Coach to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and engaging groups of students in structured games, fitness, and daily activities
• Inspiring confidence, respect, and positive behavior in every child
• Assisting with homework, snack times, and safely monitoring free play
• Maintaining a safe, clean, upbeat, and energetic atmosphere
• Being a strong, positive role model kids look up to every single day

Who We Are Looking For:

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Prior experience in coaching, martial arts, youth sports, camp counseling, or childcare is a huge plus!

Location: Wetumpka, AL

Hours: Part-Time (Afternoon hours during the school year; expanded opportunities during summer/holidays)
Pay: Starts at $11.00 an hour

🥋 Today's episode of "What Awesomeness Did We Do Today?"

We practiced powerful punches, solid blocks, and learned how to defend ourselves if someone grabs our arms and tries to pull us away. Every class is another step toward building confidence, discipline, and real-world self-defense skills! 💥💪

We have fun every day, but Fridays are always something extra! 🎉

Today, we had some very special visitors from the Elmore County Sheriff's Office, who stopped by with their impressive armored vehicle! The kids had the opportunity to climb inside, explore the truck, and ask the deputies lots of great questions. It was an exciting, hands-on experience they won't soon forget.

A huge thank you to the Elmore County Sheriff's Office for taking time out of your day to visit us and help make today so memorable. We truly appreciate your support and everything you do for our community!
