Knockout Nation is partnering with the Alumni Basketball League on June 10th at KCKCC as the halftime entertainment! We will feature two knockout games: one for ages 8-14 (must be able to make shots on a 10’ rim), and the other game for ages 15-90ish. Get your tickets to the game to qualify. More info soon!

Happy bday, Cason! Great group event!
When I started KN I had a vision of what it would be. That vision is still very much alive, but the path to it is very different than what I anticipated. It’s great. I’m flowing, I’m adjusting, I’m resisting stubbornness and following the natural course. These Bday parties are fun and not necessarily a big part of the original vision. Keep ‘em coming! I’m lovin’ it!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! Basketball Fitness Workout | Brom Knop] is teaming up with JaRon Rush and Ryan Stock to bring you the first ever Fun-Fundamental-Functional Athlete Workshop! It’s a 90 minute clinic broken into 3 segments:
1) Basketball knockout with prizes by Knockout Nation
2) Basketball skills and fundamentals by JaRon Rush
3) Functional body and mind training through yoga and other techniques by Ryan Stock. It’s for ages 8-16 and spots are limited! It’s set for Dec 27th at 10am.
