🗓️Tuesday and Fridays at 9:30am
💪Power Up is a bootcamp circuit class.
It is a:
✅high-intensity (but low impact),
✅interval training (HIIT) style workout
✅ combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements.
😎It involves rotating through various exercise stations with minimal rest, targeting different muscle groups and elevating heart rate. This format keeps the workout challenging and engaging, making it effective for burning calories and building overall fitness.
⌚️Each station is 55 seconds, rotating twice through There is 10 minutes of killer abs at the end.
🏋️♀️Tuesdays - Rotate around 12 stations
🏋️♂️Fridays - Stay at your own station the entire class
