So...I started my journey as a coach to get fit and stay fit! I had been 20-30 pounds over my goal weight for the past 10 years and wanted to change that. After 2 kids, that are now 5 and 7 years old....I'd say my excuses for why I wasn't fit had passed. I wanted to start worrying about myself for a change (that is while still juggling kids, teaching, and housework) and actually dedicate time to m

y own health and fitness each and every day! I love helping others...and I truly thrive off the whole community of online groups/challenges to help me stay on track. Since signing up as a Beachbody coach, I have completely transformed my life. I have dropped 20 lbs. and I am now a happy and healthier version of ME. I hope that my journey will inspire others and can't wait for the new challenges I'll face now that I am consider myself to be a "FIT" chick!

If you’re anything like me this past year has been tough, and you’ve probably packed on a few pounds. I’m posting this pic for 💯 % accountability! Today was my day one of getting back on track and day 1 of my new mindset for a brand new year.

About 2 years ago 1 was pretty much at my goal weight, and then I kind of just fell off the bandwagon. It didn’t happen overnight, it happens gradually. My eating slowly started to go back to the way I used to eat before I learned about clean eating and portion control... I slowly started to have more treats, fast food and many more drinks than I was used to, and after 2 full years 💥 Bam it hit me... “The reason why it didn’t work and you didn’t keep off the weight is because you went right back to the way you were treating your body before. Duh!!!!”

The interesting part is...I haven’t quit working out over the past 2 years, in fact I have completed several fitness programs and have been quite proud of how strong I have gotten over time. My problem is...I’ve just been working out very infrequently. I would complete a three week program and then do nothing for eight weeks, and then start again, and see little to no results because I was not following any type of accountability and not following an eating plan.

So, basically since none of what I was doing worked, I am going back to what I know works! I am following a three week fitness program and going back to my clean eating and portion control. Stay tuned for progress updates!!!

I can’t wait to see what happens when I ACTUALLY try!!! The best part is I KNOW I can do it! I already have!!!! Here’s to a NEW me and a NEW year!!!! 🎉

Today is Day 41 of my 💯 day challenge and I’m so happy and thankful I committed to this journey!!!
I am working on getting my body back to where I was a couple of years ago... Long story short a few years ago I became a coach and I committed to getting healthy! I was feeling great....eating right, lost more than 35 lbs and 100% committed.....then after a year or 2, I started to fall back into my old habits and I put back on a bunch of weight and started feeling awful😢.

Since recommitting to myself, and starting my 100 day challenge, I am down 7 pounds and definitely a ton of inches!!!! I’m super pumped about my progress and I have a ton of awesome ladies in my group that I support, but also do a ton to support me!!!!

The one thing I love about this program is we keep track of our journey using a variety of tools like a wall calendar and a reflection journal. You may not think you need a group, or tools like this to help you get motivated, but I am telling you checking off my work out every day and doing my journaling has kept me on track. Today I finished workout number 38 of my 💯 day program and I’m feeling great!!! I’m so excited that I am fitting everything in (Back to school, new dog, kids activities etc.) with NO EXCUSES!!!! It is so true what they say about how much easier things get when you get into the habit of doing things! 😊Now that I’ve been working out every morning it’s just part of my daily routine! ☀️ ✔️

This week I started phase 2 of my 100 day challenge and I am psyched because I’m feeling so much stronger!!! I’m not gonna lie at first it felt difficult to fit a workout in every single day, but now that it’s a routine, I’m loving it!!!

My routine is....I wake up every day and press play first thing in the morning so that I don’t let anything stop me from fitting it in!!! A few days I’ve doubled up to take a rest day, but for the most part I have done one 20 to 30 minute workout every day so far! My goal is to complete 💯workouts in 💯days!

I can’t believe how fast this challenge is flying by. When you set a goal and stick to it...that’s when you see the RESULTS!

Do you hate coming up with new recipes for dinner??? One of the things I love about being a coach is that I’m constantly exposed to so many free recipes that I don’t even need to think about what I want to cook for dinner any more! Usually at the beginning of the week I try to plan out what I want to make and plan my grocery shopping around the recipes I choose! I try my best to stick to clean eating and portion control when I’m meal planning.

Do I ever cheat???? Yes we all do...that’s what makes us human!

I am so proud of the ladies that decided to join me in my BE 💯 challenge and I am so excited that I already finished week 1 of my program! 😱

They say you need to find your TRIBE to be successful and I have found mine!!!! Everyday I wake up knowing that they are all there and it makes me ready to crush my goals!!! We all press play, we all keep each other accountable and we all help each other with every part of the process!

I don't know about you but I am a night owl!!! I have never really been a super early morning person. On a typical work day I would sleep as much as I could, probably hit snooze more than once, and then rush around like crazy getting ready for work. Let me tell you... THAT FELT AWFUL!!!!!

That was until I discovered the s̳e̳c̳r̳e̳t̳ all moms that workout know...

They say...

Trust me on this one...

Once I started getting my workouts in first thing in the morning (sometimes even having to wake up 45 minutes to an hour before I usually do to start getting ready for work) I went from wanting to lay down daily when I got home from work to being SO much more productive

So try THIS MOM HACK!!
🌞Take a week and wake up everyday at least 1 hour before your kids get up! Try to squeeze in a quick workout and some me time before your day begins.

I’m telling you... it’s going to feel hard at first to get into the swing of it… But once you do you’ll thank yourself for it!

Today I am starting a journey that entails completing 💯 workouts and I’m super excited to get back on track!!!

Two years ago I was exactly where I wanted to be with my health and fitness and then I kind of fell off the bandwagon which made me so sad, depressed and I felt like a failure. Basically, I fell back into my old ways....I barely ever got my workouts in, stopped caring about my nutrition, starting eating out a ton, drinking more, feeling tired and unmotivated, etc. when I realized I was on this downward spiral, I reached out to my coach to help me get back on track. That is when I decided to start really focusing on my coaching again....which is one of the things that keeps me so motivated.

Every day I know that my team is counting on me and that all of the ladies in my challenge groups need me to be there for them as well. This community is like a family and we are all helping each other be the best we can be. If you’re looking for a way to get connected with a group of like-minded women just like you reach out to me today. It’s not too late to join my 💯 day challenge!!! I would love to connect with you!
