🔥 WEEK 5 — WHERE TRAINING BECOMES PERFORMANCE 🔥

This week challenges members to maintain quality under fatigue, move with greater control, and perform with more intent. The focus shifts from simply building fitness to learning how to express it. Across strength, conditioning, and performance sessions, members will be asked to manage fatigue, make smart decisions, and maintain movement quality when it matters most. 🚀💪

MONDAY⚡ HIIT
Focus: Repeat sprint ability, recovery & sustained power output
Muscles Worked: Full body conditioning, legs, shoulders, core

TUESDAY 💪 Hyper UB 
Focus: Shoulder stability, trunk control & movement precision
Muscles Worked: Shoulders, upper back, chest, core, triceps

WEDNESDAY: 🏆 Podium 2 NH
Focus: Performance, pacing, decision-making & measurable output
Muscles Worked: Full body strength and conditioning
Summary: The second PODIUM progression increases time under load and places a greater emphasis on ex*****on under fatigue.🚀🏆

THURSDAY:🏋️ Strength M 
Focus: Mixed Strength, tempo control & force production
Muscles Worked: Chest, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, core

FRIDAY: ❤️‍🔥 Cardio U (A) 
Focus: Aerobic capacity, recoverability & heart rate control
Muscles Worked: Full body cardiovascular conditioning

SATURDAY: 🦵 HIRT LB 
Focus: Lower-body strength endurance & conditioning
Muscles Worked: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, adductors, core

Congratulations to Allison on reaching an incredible 500 sessions! As one of our amazing founding members, Allison is as strong as she is beautiful. Whether it’s hitting perfect form on another main lift, crushing a cardio session, or showing up fashionably dressed while juggling all of life’s demands, she always brings her best. We love Allison’s passion for fitness, her commitment to BFT, and most importantly, her dedication to family. 🔥 WEEK 3 — BUILDING STRENGTH, CONTROL & CAPACITY 🔥

Week 1 was about building the foundation. Week 2 challenged members to sustain quality movement under fatigue.

Now in Week 3, we begin asking members to do both at the same time. 💪⚡

This week progresses strength, aerobic capacity, stability, and conditioning by increasing volume, extending work periods, and introducing more complex movement demands. Members will continue refining the major lifts while developing the ability to maintain control, efficiency, and output as fatigue builds. 🚀

Monday: 🏋️‍♂️ Strength Mixed
Focus: Mixed Strength progression, force production & lifting efficiency
Muscles Worked: Chest, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, core

Tuesday: ❤️‍🔥 Summit
Focus: Aerobic capacity, pacing & recoverability
Muscles Worked: Full-body cardiovascular system

Wednesday:💥 Hyper Upper Body
Focus: Shoulder stability, trunk control & upper-body movement quality
Muscles Worked: Shoulders, chest, upper back, core, hip flexors

Thursday: ⚡ Cardio U (H)
Focus: Heart rate responsiveness & intensity control
Muscles Worked: Full-body conditioning with explosive power emphasis

Friday: ⚖️ Balanced
Focus: Mobility, stability & movement efficiency
Muscles Worked: Core, shoulders, hips, posterior chain, stabilizers

Saturday: 🤝 XTX HYBRID
Focus: Team conditioning, pacing & repeat effort capacity
Muscles Worked: Full body with aerobic and muscular endurance demands

🔥🏁 HYROX NYC IS HERE! 🏁🔥

After 10 weeks of training, it’s time to celebrate our athletes as they take on HYROX NYC! 💪

Every Sunday, they showed up, put in the work, and got a little stronger, faster, and more confident. We loved seeing familiar faces, first-time HYROX athletes, and competitors from across Fairfield County come together and train as one community.

That’s what makes BFT Westport and HYROX so special—it’s for everyone. Whether you’re chasing a podium, a personal best, or simply proving something to yourself, you belong here.

To all of our athletes: trust your training, enjoy the experience, and have fun out there. You’ve earned it.

500+ Sessions for Janine 🎉🔥

Janine officially crossed the 500 session mark earlier this month and just keeps stacking sessions like it’s no big deal!

She is one of the most consistent members in the studio, always showing up and putting in the effort with real intent. So it’s no surprise to see her at the top of the leaderboards time and time again.

Whether it’s strength, cardio, or HYROX, Janine attacks every workout with determination and grace. We love her energy, positivity, and that smile she brings into the studio every day.

🔥 WEEK 2 — BUILDING THE ENGINE 🔥

Week 1 laid the foundation. Now Week 2 begins turning that foundation into stronger movement, better pacing, and more consistent performance under fatigue. 💪⚡

This week is all about learning how to sustain quality effort — whether that’s strength, conditioning, or movement control. Members will continue building confidence in the major lifts while improving their ability to recover, regulate effort, and move efficiently as fatigue rises. 🚀

Monday: Happy Memorial Day❤️‍🔥

Tuesday: 🏋️‍♂️ Pump Lower Body
Focus: Lower-body volume, hinge strength & posterior chain control
Muscles Worked: Glutes, hamstrings, quads, adductors, core

Thursday: 💪 Strength Upper Body
