This week challenges members to maintain quality under fatigue, move with greater control, and perform with more intent. The focus shifts from simply building fitness to learning how to express it. Across strength, conditioning, and performance sessions, members will be asked to manage fatigue, make smart decisions, and maintain movement quality when it matters most. 🚀💪

Focus: Repeat sprint ability, recovery & sustained power output
Muscles Worked: Full body conditioning, legs, shoulders, core
TUESDAY 💪 Hyper UB
Focus: Shoulder stability, trunk control & movement precision
Muscles Worked: Shoulders, upper back, chest, core, triceps
WEDNESDAY: 🏆 Podium 2 NH
Focus: Performance, pacing, decision-making & measurable output
Muscles Worked: Full body strength and conditioning
Summary: The second PODIUM progression increases time under load and places a greater emphasis on ex*****on under fatigue.🚀🏆

Focus: Mixed Strength, tempo control & force production
Muscles Worked: Chest, shoulders, quads, glutes, hamstrings, core
FRIDAY: ❤️🔥 Cardio U (A)
Focus: Aerobic capacity, recoverability & heart rate control
Muscles Worked: Full body cardiovascular conditioning
SATURDAY: 🦵 HIRT LB
Focus: Lower-body strength endurance & conditioning
Muscles Worked: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, adductors, core
Sunday: HYROX Training - Endurance. Strength. Determination.💪🔥
