I've had a lifelong passion for running, which began when I was just five years old in Cape Town, South Africa. I came first out of 300 kids running in a Toddler Trot. My parents - both dedicated marathon runners - would take our family on Easter vacations to the coast, where they'd compete in the iconic Two Oceans and Comrades Marathons.

Running has become a journey of self-discovery and discipline, allowing me to continually test my limits and grow stronger.

I feel honored to have formed meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who share my passion for running and I look forward to continuing my journey as a member of Valley Forge Running Community. 💛💙

Please be safe. The warm weather is upon us.
If you can exercise in the morning before it gets too hot try to make time for it. If you cannot run early just be mindful and make sure to hydrate.

We are switching the start time of our runs to 8 am starting next week. Temperatures are starting to increase. We hope you all can join us next week to run and brunch after.
