Strawberry Full Moon Yoga Nidra 🌕

🍓 This moon in Capricorn cuts through the Maya or illusion, asking us to asses what is draining us and to inspire us to take practical steps to obtain balance.
We will use “psychic sleep,” or yoga nidra, (a state of being where the practioner slides into their alpha-theta brain waves, a state for deep healing, relaxation, and creativity) to
completely relax the body and to turn awareness inward. This will result in deep expansion of the individual’s self-awareness. Come to experience this profound release and more magic. 🍓
