**Member Experience Associate (Front Desk) – Yoga Joint Weston**
We’re looking for energetic, people-loving individuals to join our team as a **Member Experience Associate (MEA)**. This role is so much more than front desk—it’s about creating an elevated, welcoming, and seamless experience for every person who walks through our doors.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Create a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout
* Build genuine connections with members and first-time guests
* **Actively sell memberships and help convert guests into long-term members (this is a key priority for this role)**
* Educate guests on class options, promotions, and pricing
* Support retail sales and studio promotions
* Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy studio environment
* Assist with class transitions and studio reset between classes
* Use our POS system for check-ins, purchases, and account management
* Support community events and help grow brand awareness
* Work closely with the Studio Manager to support studio goals and revenue growth
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Positive, upbeat, and reliable team players
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable with sales and confident recommending memberships
* Someone who takes pride in creating a high-end experience
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
* **Experience working in a fitness studio, wellness space, or health-focused environment is a big plus and will be prioritized**
**Shift Availability:**
* Early mornings (as early as 5:30am)
* Evenings (starting around 4:00pm)
* Weekends
