Us as coaches have been discussing the "We over Me" mentality and to celebrate one another's success. Individual accolades are born from a culture where teammates lift each other up after a strikeout, push each other during grueling practices, and celebrate each other’s success louder than their own.
Standout moments on the field are only possible because of the unconditional trust, respect, and positive energy built behind the scenes.
These athletes worked tirelessly, but it was the culture of accountability and sisterhood created by the entire team that paved the way. When the culture is healthy, the team thrives, and everyone rises together.
